This device is a multi-rate video switcher that inputs various video materials (SD/HD-SDI, HDMI, NTSC analog, COMP analog) and performs conversion and video switching to HD-SDI (1080i/59). It is suitable for use as a transmission switcher in base stations and relay vehicles, and when the signal format is "SD," it automatically performs up-conversion to 1080i/59.
